This is absolutely not what I should have been doing all day (all night/morning ;__
. She started off as just a painting of a face, intended to be a warm up, but I got a bit carried away.
Also I've reeallly been trying to change the way I paint. For a long while I was obsessed with hard edges and I still am to a degree but I want to be more painterly and I'm happy with how this went.
